Inspector Chris Temple worked fifteen years in the home building and construction trades. From shoveling trenches to finish carpentry, Chris’ experience was more than enough to make him a successful builder, but he chose a different path.
Chris took his hands-on building experience and furthered it with an education in building codes, building practices and building materials, and in 1998 he founded Temple Building Inspection.
Today, nearly 20 years later, Chris is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable inspectors in the field.
In February of 1998, Chris qualified to become a Certified Member of CREIA, the California Real Estate Inspection Association. In 2009 Chris was awarded a
Master Inspector Certification.
Chris also holds there certifications with ICC, the International Code Council.
